RETURN POLICY – LUMANO

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items must be in original, unused condition.

  • Custom-made pieces (including made-to-measure rings) are non-refundable, except for size exchanges.

  • If a ring does not fit, it can be exchanged for a larger or smaller size. 

  • Sale items are returnable unless stated otherwise or if they fall under non-refundable categories.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds will be issued within 2–4 business days after inspection.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable (except for ring size exchanges).
