Returns & exchanges

We want you to feel confident in every piece. If something is not right, we will help you return or exchange it within 14 days of delivery.

Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
  • Items must be in their original, unworn condition.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Custom & made-to-measure pieces

  • Custom-made pieces, including made-to-measure rings, are non-refundable.
  • If a ring does not fit, it can be exchanged for a larger or smaller size.

Sale items

Sale items may be returned unless stated otherwise, or unless they fall under non-refundable categories.

How to request a return

Contact us with your order number and the item you wish to return or exchange:

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued within 2–4 business days after your return is received and inspected.
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable, except for ring size exchanges.
