Terms of Service – Lumano online store

Effective from 31 October 2026.

§1. Seller

The online store at lumano.eu is operated by Romuald Lubiński LUMANO, ul. Josepha Conrada 13, 01-922 Warsaw, Poland, Tax ID (NIP): 1182316903, REGON: 543131960, a sole trader registered in the Polish Central Register of Business Activity (CEIDG) (the “Seller”).

§2. Definitions

  • Customer – a natural person, legal person or organisational unit placing an order in the Store.
  • Consumer – a Customer who is a natural person concluding a contract not directly related to their business or profession. Consumer provisions also apply to a sole trader for whom the contract is not of a professional nature (Art. 38a of the Polish Consumer Rights Act).
  • Made-to-order product – a product from the Store’s range in a standard size or variant that is not currently in stock and is handmade by the Seller after the order is placed.
  • Personalised product – a product made to the Customer’s individual specification, e.g. in a size outside the Store’s size range or with individual changes agreed with the Seller.

§3. Products

  1. Products are handmade from 925 sterling silver. Each piece may differ slightly from the photos in texture, weight or tone – this results from handcrafting and is not a defect.
  2. Silver naturally darkens over time (patina). This is not a defect. Care instructions are available on the Silver care page.
  3. Each product page states whether the product is ready to ship or made to order, together with the expected dispatch time.

§4. Orders and conclusion of the contract

  1. Orders can be placed through the Store 24 hours a day.
  2. To place an order, add products to the cart, enter your delivery and contact details, choose a delivery and payment method and click the button confirming the order with an obligation to pay.
  3. The sales contract is concluded when the Customer receives an e-mail confirming acceptance of the order.
  4. Using the Store requires an internet-connected device, an up-to-date web browser and an active e-mail address. Providing unlawful content is prohibited.

§5. Prices and payment

  1. Prices shown in the Store are gross prices including VAT, excluding delivery costs, which are shown before the order is placed.
  2. Available payment methods: card, BLIK, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal and Klarna (availability depends on country and device). Payments are processed by external payment providers.
  3. Orders are processed once payment has been received.

§6. Delivery

  1. Delivery within Poland is handled by InPost and costs 13 zł. International delivery options and costs are shown at checkout before the order is placed.
  2. Ready-to-ship products are dispatched within 2–3 working days of payment. Made-to-order products are made and dispatched within up to 7 working days, unless a different time is stated on the product page.

§7. Right of withdrawal

  1. A Consumer may withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The period starts on the day the Consumer (or a third party indicated by them, other than the carrier) receives the product.
  2. The right of withdrawal also applies to made-to-order products in standard sizes.
  3. The right of withdrawal does not apply to personalised products (Art. 38(1)(3) of the Polish Consumer Rights Act). Personalised products can, however, be exchanged for a different size under §8.
  4. To withdraw, send a statement to lumano.pl@gmail.com or by post to the returns address: ul. Krokusa 9, 05-092 Łomianki, Poland. You may use the model form in the Refund Policy, but it is not obligatory.
  5. The Consumer returns the product no later than 14 days from the date of withdrawal. The Consumer bears the direct cost of returning the product.
  6. The Seller refunds all payments received, including the cost of the cheapest standard delivery offered, without undue delay and no later than 14 days from receiving the withdrawal statement, using the same payment method. The Seller may withhold the refund until the product or proof of its dispatch has been received.
  7. The Consumer is liable for any diminished value of the product resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning.

§8. Size exchange

Regardless of the right of withdrawal, the Seller offers a free size exchange for rings and bracelets within 14 days of receiving the product. To arrange an exchange, contact the Seller by e-mail. The product must be undamaged and not worn beyond trying on.

§9. Complaints (lack of conformity)

  1. The Seller is liable to the Consumer for any lack of conformity of the product with the contract that exists at the time of delivery and becomes apparent within 2 years.
  2. Complaints can be submitted by e-mail to lumano.pl@gmail.com or by post. Please describe the problem, attach photos and include your order number.
  3. The Consumer may request repair or replacement of the product and, in cases provided for by law, a price reduction or withdrawal from the contract.
  4. The Seller responds to a complaint within 14 days of receiving it. Failure to respond within this period means the complaint is accepted.
  5. Natural patina of silver, scratches from everyday wear and variations resulting from handcrafting do not constitute a lack of conformity.

§10. Out-of-court dispute resolution

Consumers may use out-of-court complaint and redress procedures, e.g. the help of a municipal or district consumer ombudsman or the Provincial Inspectorate of Trade Inspection in Poland. More information is available at uokik.gov.pl. Consumers from other EU countries may contact the European Consumer Centre in their country.

§11. Personal data

The processing of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.

§12. Final provisions

  1. Contracts are concluded in Polish or English and are governed by Polish law. This choice of law does not deprive the Consumer of the protection afforded by the mandatory provisions of the law of their country of habitual residence.
  2. Amendments to these Terms do not affect orders placed before they take effect.
  3. Matters not covered here are governed by the Polish Civil Code and the Polish Consumer Rights Act.
